We attended our first of many (so I hear from other parents) sing - a - long events at Ella's school today. Although it was only 7 or 8 minutes, seeing Ella sit there and sing brought tears to my eyes. Don't get me wrong - it was no Broadway performance. I just was overcome with pride and love looking at her while she sang away. The whole performance was simply adorable; we witnessed 15 little people singing away! Below are some videos of Ella singing some of her songs. Note the props that each student made as well to accompany the song!
You may have been able to see Ella's rosy cheeks. As soon as she got home, she took off her clothes and decided to put her tights on her head - she called it her "cotton candy" hair. You can see in this one moment in time how wonderful of a big sister Ella can be to Colin (or rather how much Colin adores his big sister).
